CouncilARS™ 1.5.10

In the latest version of CouncilARS™, there are a few new features and Bugfixes that we hope you will enjoy.

The menu bar was automatically hidden and could only be made visible again with ALT+H when working in one monitor mode. This bug has been fixed.

The battery test made the names disappear instead of showing the battery level (green, yellow or red). This bug has been fixed.

CouncilARS™ had problems with the import of CSV files that were not saved natively as UTF-8. A revision of the import structure has remedied this so that it is now also possible to save as CSV in Office 2010/2013 and this is recognised correctly.

What is new?

To make it easier to use, you can now double-click on the resolution text in the main view (or on the multi-monitor control) to edit this resolution directly.

The option to automatically create a PDF report as soon as the application is closed has been added.
Depending on the option selected, the overall result (always), Attendances (here only those present are logged and it is assumed that all others are not present), Fractionresults (optional), Individual voting behaviour (optional),
Votes casted (always), Votes present (always)
In addition, the logo can now be changed in the options and this will also be taken over in the report.
The display of the fractionresults has been reversed.
Until now, the parliamentary groups were always displayed from bottom to top, in the order in which they were read in. This has been reversed.

The SessionNet meeting service software from Somacos GmbH und Co. KG can be used to export an XML file of all resolutions and topics for a meeting.

This XML file can now be imported directly into the overview of the resolutions. Similar to the import via CSV file, CouncilARS™ asks for the standard vote mode for the queries.
CouncilARS™ also differentiates whether it is just a display of a topic or a resolution template.
